Cause & Effect T1W5

WALT identify cause and effect.
Today for writing we were doing a little remembrance on CAUSE & EFFECT.
Something I enjoyed about the task today is that my mind was freshed & something I didn't was that at times I was getting a bit stuck.

SCE. Be Strong, I Need You.

WALT Apply The SOLO Thinking Framework To Critically Examine A Current Event.
This week for SOLO, I've decided to choose an article with meaning to it and as I was scrolling down the Nz Herald Page This Exact article caught my eye. Something I didn't enjoy about this article was that it was taking right to heart. I feel their pain but something I enjoyed about it was that it was perfect to write about and that she is now home safe and sound.

Number Of The Week T1W3

WALT Think about a number in many different ways.
Today we were put back into the routine of all of our old Follow up tasks.
Here is one of them.
One thing I enjoyed was that it was easy for me because I've done it before but something I can work on next time is maybe the effort I put in.
So yeah, please leave a comment on my blog.

SOLO Current Events

WALT apply the SOLO thinking framework to critically examine a current event.
Today we were introduced to a new type of current events. SOLO is the type of events that year 9-13 students use.
Something I enjoyed about this task is that it's fast and easy to sue and something I dislike is that there's only two things to do but next time I will try and extend it.

Te Whare Tapa Wha !!

WALA Te Whare Tapa Wha.
This term we're learning about Hauora and  Te Whare Tapa Wha.
Te Whare Tapa Wha in English is " The Four Sided House".
It has four walls and on all four sides have a meaning each.
Wall one - Taha Tinana wish means Physical Health.
Wall Two - Taha Wairua which means Spiritual Health.
Wall Three - Taha Hinengaro which means Mental Health and last but not least on Wall 4 there is Taha Whanau which means Relationship Health.
Anyway there's a little bit about what we're learning.
One thing I love about learning Hauora is that it is based on my culture and also because it is easy to relate. But something I don't enjoy is that we're working slow and I'm just really excited to be learning about this and I usually love to learn everything all at once.

Kia ora.
