How To Brush Your Teeth


How To Brush Your Teeth.
POOOH!Have you been brushing your teeth lately.(CHOKING)I think you need my help.DO you even know how to brush your  teeth.WAIT!Do you even know what brushing your teeth is?Because if you don’t your in luck.I’m here to help you.Just follow  these simple steps and you’ll have fresh teeth in no time.
Firstly you have to make sure that you don’t forget toothpaste and a toothbrush.You can buy this from the supermarket or at the warehouse in Pakuranga or Sylvia Park.Next you have to rinse the toothbrush under water for 3 seconds uncase the brissels are hard.Then you put a little bit of toothpaste over the top.Make sure you don’t put over  too much.Then you can start brushing your teeth.

First you have to move the toothbrush across your teeth 10 times minimum.When you finish it spit the germs out of your mouth into the sink(MAKE SURE YOU DON’T SWALLOW THE GERMS).Then you can rinse your mouth with water and spit it out again.Next you have to brush behind your teeth so your back parts aren’t dirty.
If blood drips out that means that your teeth aren’t healthy.

Next you have to brush your gums.The best way to do this is to open your mouth up  wide and reach behind your jaw part.If you have too much toothpaste in your mouth remember to spit it in the sink and then re-wash your mouth.

Finally you have to leave the toothpaste in your mouth but add some water.Then gurgle it in your mouth.Spit it in the sink quickly so it doesn’t go down your throat.Walah,Your breath is nice,clean and fresh smelling.
